Tuition is due in advance on the dates noted above. If it is not received by 6pm Wednesday of that week, a $10/day/child late fee will be incurred on Thursday, and each day following.

*Extra days and half days must be approved IN ADVANCE by the Kid Zone Office to ensure adequate classroom staff to child ratios. If you reserve an extra day or half day, you are obligated to pay for that time if your child does not attend. 
 


Kid Zone sick child payment policy

Parents are required to pay for all enrolled days even when their child is not in attendance, even when your child is sick.

Sibling discount

  • 2 children enrolled = 10% off tuition for your oldest child
  • 3 children enrolled = 20% of tuition for you oldest child

schedule changes

Your child may have a variety of schedule changes while at Kid Zone, including a(n):

  1. Permanent schedule changes;
  2. Extended leave schedule change (e.g. summer, maternity leave);
  3. Temporary schedule change - switching a day; and 
  4. Vacation schedule change

If you would like to adjust your child's schedule, the Kid Zone office must approve the change. Schedule change forms are available at the Parent Board near the entrance, or you may request the Kid Zone office to email a copy to you.

1. Permanent schedule changes

If you child's standard schedule must permantently change, please submit a child Permanent Schedule Change Request form to the Kid Zone office 30 days prior to the date change. Kid Zone management will review the classroom enrollment opportunities and respond within 1 week whether the request will be granted.

2. extended leave schedule change (e.g. summer, maternity leave)

If your child has attended Kid Zone for one full year, you may take up to 12 weeks off while holding your child's enrollment place (limit 1 extended leave per year). Your child will not be in attendance for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks. All remaining vacation time will be used during the first week of leave. Kid Zone requires that you make a 25% tuition payment each tuition cycle during your leave to hold you child's regularly scheduled enrollment place.

A 30-day written notice of the schedule change request and anticipated date back at full time is due to the Kid Zone office for approval.

tuition payment due on tuition days:  $359 x 2 = $718 (bi-weekly tuition payment) / 4 = $179.50 (25% of tuition)

3. temporary schedule change

Families who are enrolled part time and wish to temporarily switch their regularly scheduled days will need to contact the Kid Zone office with your request a minimum of 5 days prior to the requested date change. A $15/schedule change fee/child will be assigned to you account.
